I was impressed that you always attempted to keep her schedule, sometimes in light of difficult
circumstances.
I really liked that you had on-call people available when there were vacations or unforeseen
situations in which her normal aides could not come. Your people were always kind and
patient with Leah, even when she was at times, a bit cantankerous.
